Contact

Talk to a person, not a marketing form.

One inbox per lane. The right team replies.

We don't run a generic contact form. The reason is simple: the people we sell to don't fill them out, and the people we hire don't either. Pick the lane below that fits what you need; the corresponding inbox routes to the person who should answer it.

What helps us reply faster

If you are a security team or platform-engineering lead, the most useful first email contains:

  • The regulated regimes you operate under — Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP), Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), state data-protection laws.
  • The deployment topology you would want — on-premises, customer Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), or Citorum-managed dedicated tenant.
  • A rough sense of corpus size and document types — number of documents, average length, sensitivity classification, source systems.
  • The question your team most often needs answered today, and the current pattern for answering it (the manual workflow you would replace, if any).

This is not a hard requirement; it just lets the response come back with substance instead of a calendar link.

Where we are

Citorum is operated by Shiva AI Inc., a Colorado corporation. The holding company headquarters is in Colorado, with team members distributed across United States time zones. We accept inbound from any geography; the Pacific time zone is where most replies originate.

For mailing address, vendor onboarding paperwork, or wire instructions, the right inbox is [email protected] — those documents are sent under non-disclosure on request. We do not publish them on the public site.

Still here? Send the email.

The team replies to every inbound from the lanes above. If you don't hear back within one business day, please send a follow-up — it means something is broken on our end.
